Site: Zion Narrows, Utah.
Analysis was undertaken through the lens of entropy, as particles are fragmented and scattered from rock to silt to water. A transformation was made upon the sharpest bend to reflect the natural processes already in place.
A series of caverns is carved in the canyon wall that act as water filters, depositing potable water for hikers. An architecture is generated without adding any materials, only removing them.
