And then, in the kickoff session to our Robotic City seminar at IAAC, the concept reappeared before me, and I felt like the same writer learning that her novel got greenlit for a movie production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Why Factory have a project called <a href=\"http:\/\/thewhyfactory.com\/output\/barba\/\">Barba<\/a>. There it was, the propriosteption bubble, wobbling and morphing in a black void. The thing I was trying so hard to carefully explain was captured and explained in a matter of seconds with The Why Factory&#8217;s crude but thorough animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originality does not exist. Even the most prolific thinker in the world will only think&nbsp; of a small fraction of truly &#8220;never-before-thoughts&#8221;&#8211; and of that small fraction, yet another small fraction will be realized. <a href=\"https:\/\/ivanhimanen.com\/crisesofdocumentation\/the-private-lives-of-ideas\/\">Add it to the list of ideas that I&#8217;ve had<\/a>, which I thought were original, which ended up being authored and stamped-and-sealed by another. You can add THIS collection to my larger thesis (still in the womb) about how, epistemologically speaking, we have long ago reached a &#8220;creative singularity,&#8221; since which it is quantum-physically\/mathematically impossible to invent something 100% original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But more on that later.
